Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online casino service available at happicasino.com, operated for the UK market under the project designation Happy Casino (the "Website" or "Happy Casino"), and set out the legally binding rules for your use of the Website and participation in remote casino gambling. Definitions

For clarity and legal certainty, the following defined terms apply throughout these Terms. If a definition conflicts with a definition given in game rules or promotion-specific terms, the more specific definition will normally prevail for that context.

  • User or Player means any natural person who creates an account on the Website, holds a balance or places a Bet, whether or not they complete registration or verification.

KYC, AML and Affordability Checks

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets

  • Offer and acceptance: A Bet is offered when you select a stake and confirm the relevant game action (for example, "Spin", "Deal" or similar). A Bet is deemed accepted when it is recorded on our systems and appears in the game or Account history.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game has specific minimum and maximum stake limits set by the Operator or game provider. These are displayed within the game interface. You must ensure that any Bet placed is within the applicable limits.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • No cancellation by Player: Once a Bet has been accepted and the game round has started, you cannot usually cancel or modify it.
  • Operator corrections: We may void or adjust Bets in the event of an obvious error (for example, incorrect odds or malfunction), a technical fault, a game misconfiguration or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will act fairly, ensuring that any affected Bet or game round is either voided and refunded or adjusted to what would reasonably have applied in the absence of the error.
  • Disconnections: If you are disconnected during a game, the outcome will be determined by the game server, and the result will be applied to your Account when connectivity is restored. You can usually view the outcome in your game history. Where a game cannot be completed, we may void the Bet and refund the stake.

Fair Play and Conduct

  • Prohibited behaviour: You must not engage in collusion, cheating, exploitation of bugs, use of bots or automated tools, or any other unfair practice. You must not attempt to manipulate software, RNG outcomes, odds, bonuses or promotion mechanics.

  • Specific terms prevail: Each Promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility, minimum deposit, maximum bet, maximum winnings, time limits and restricted games. Where those terms conflict with this section, the specific promotional terms will normally prevail.

Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • Activation: To activate a Bonus, you may need to opt in, enter a bonus code, or meet minimum deposit or gameplay requirements as stated in the relevant offer. Some Bonuses are credited automatically, others must be claimed manually in the cashier or promotions area.

Combining Promotions

  • One offer at a time: Unless expressly stated, only one active deposit-related Promotion may apply to a single deposit. You cannot combine multiple deposit Bonuses on the same funds.
  • Order of use: Where both real-money and Bonus funds are held, the order in which they are used will be described in the promotion and/or cashier rules. Typically, real-money funds are staked first.

Player Funds Protection

  • Medium protection level: Player funds held in your Account are kept in a segregated bank account separate from the Operator's working capital, in accordance with our UKGC licence and current UK requirements. Limitation of Liability

Our Obligations

  • Maximum liability: Subject to our obligations under UK consumer law and to any non-excludable rights you may have, our maximum aggregate liability to you arising out of any single Bet or series of related Bets is limited to the amount of the Bet(s) in question or the amount of money you have paid into your Account in the 30 days before the relevant event, whichever is lower.
  • Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

  • Website content: All intellectual property rights in the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software and underlying source code, are owned by or licensed to the Operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

Termination & Suspension

By the Player

  • Account closure: You may close your Account at any time via the Account settings or by contacting customer support. Before closure, you should request withdrawal of any remaining cash balance, subject to verification checks.

By the Operator
